Where to ship
We ship directly to residential or commercial destinations in the US and Canada from our California warehouse. 

How to ship
Shipping charge for each method will be calculated after your shipping address is entered. You choose the shipping method you prefer during checkout, and the charge will be added to your cart.

When to ship
Orders are usually shipped on the first business day after the order is received. Some relatively bigger order of custom-made linear light strips or spot/downlights might take more than a day or two (or even longer) due to the manufacturing process.

Shipping Rates
We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). At checkout you can select USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail or UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day. In some cases you need to have order shipped in urgent, we recommend using USPS Express Mail for big savings, especially for those tall linear strip lights shipments.

The amount you pay for shipping charge is calculated during checkout. It is a fairly accurate estimate of the actual shipping cost to us. It is possible that we might pay a little more or a little less for shipping than we charge the customer, but at least we normally pay more shipping for those TALL BOXES containing longer linear light strips than customer actually pay, to be honest. We do not charge any handling fee.

Order Tracking
Shortly after you submit your order a confirming email containing your order number will be sent to you. You can check the status of your order by login to your account. If your order status is “Processing”, then it has been processed and will be shipped very soon. If your order status is “Complete” then it has been shipped.

Unlike UPS, the US Postal Service tracking is limited to confirmation for the package that has been received at local post office. It can not be tracked while the shipment is in transit. Please contact us in case you are concerned about the delivery of your package.
